Twister  : (31 August 2010 - 07:40 AM) compression fracture to my t-11 . I have no idea why the bone collapsed. I've had way harder hits. It hurt like fawk when it happened but I feel fine . Just moving a bit slower for the next 6 to 8 weeks and not lifting as much.

Looks like it is working really well, seems fairly stable for the height it has!
I run Evolution heims because BREAKING SUCKS!

It all started by a simple upgrade to a powerglide and a stak
