so once the st. patty day hang overs subside I'm sure there'll be a bunch of federal rock pictures . The thing worked amazing. It got completely wedged between two huge boulders .Face of diff to face of diff and it finally chugged it's way out.

For the record we weighed it and it rings in at 5500 lbs. It lost weight with the new frame addition and the removal the rear rack . It gained weight going from the dana 44 and 9inch to the rockwells. The mechanicle steering to hydro. The panzy ass little links to ones that can be beat. Tossing the old 14" x 2 inch crap tech shocks and installing 16" x 2 1/2 " kings. 47 ltbs in place of 39.5 boggers. USA 6x6 double bead locks instead of the single locks. Two huge ass d-shafts with hi angle cv joints so the suspension could be used , unlike the unusable travel it had prior.

Was it worth it? Well for everypound it gained I would say it gained that much more ability and stability.

Oh yeah so far I've never felt steering like that . In anything I've ever drivin.

PICS!!!
Once along time ago, in a subduction zone not to far away, great thrust faults and up-lift occurred, that my friend blows me away..... In this great land, we all treasure the same, I see no reason to only have mud trails, thats just lame. Thus today I made a vow I promise to uphold, I will find a rock trail in Alberta by hunting through the heat, rain and even the cold. So to all those Igneous and sedimentary rocks around, look out, the day is coming when you will be found.

The Jeep worked awsome! Evo did an outstanding job. They went over the top on everything. The steering is amazing, Its easier to steer the Jeeps big tires than it is to steer my regular truck. I would have completely destroyed my old jeep in that rock pile, but the new jeep walked threw like nothing, even with my sketchy driving. haha.

No TTC entry for me... I'd rather go in the Real Truck Challenge. I wouldn't have a chance against all the crazy tube buggies anyway. ;)
